Zorzi:
Like an Italian tourist lost near the Empire State Building, authentic Venetian restaurant Zorzi sticks out, but in a good way. Past the rows of Korean barbecue joints, this two-story space seating 130 is decorated with stone walls and mosaics and serves seasonal home recipes from the Zorzi family of Treviso, Italy. Polish up on your Italian skills as you peruse chef Marco Berto's menu, with standouts such as risotto di astice (risotto with lobster, porcini mushrooms, and Prosecco; $25).
Last january I went to NY for a business trip, and after a long week of negociations I decided to give myself a really nice dinner in this modern and beautiful Italian restaurant. The place is name Zorzi restaurant.
The service was great, the food had an exquisite and delicate flavor....the enviroment made me feel like if i was in a little part of italy, but in NY...
The cute part was that I met my actually girlfriend in this restaurant...how? sending her a glass of the best prosecco I ever had!!! Viva Italy!
